Disables the scroll bar and scrolling on any tab!

This plugin disables scrolling on any page when activated. Simply click on the plugin icon and then select “Lock Scrolling” to disable scrolling. The intended problem this solves is when using multiple screens, some apps will not lock the mouse, causing unintentional scrolling on windows opened in different screens.

For example, if you’re playing a game that requires the mousewheel, but also want to watch a video at the same time, this plugin will prevent any accidental scrolling on your 2nd monitor where you’re watching your video.
