agree with many other users that it really doesn't save much time. The limit of 10 questions is frustrating and as educators we now have to pay money to access more questions? Very disappointed at Google for this one.....

Same. I paid but still only get 10 questions. The paypal reciept should come with an activate code or something? And there should be a place in the doc widget to enter the activate code as well?

I paid for this, in order to be able to add more than 10 questions to my form. Sadly, even after paying, it still would not allow me. I see some other people have had the same problem. I am hoping this will be fixed, but I need to make a Google Form right now, so I will probably have to do it manually. The idea of the add-on is nice; I hope they will correct the problem.

So it seems like a great idea. I paid and waited then waited some more and yet still cannot do more than the 10 questions. Money has been debited from my account but still nothing. I feel cheated.

I would like to pay for this. How can I be sure that I will have full access after payment? That's not very clear. How much should I pay. And can I receive a receipt to hand to my school to be paid back?

I would like to give this app more stars. It is a very useful but... It only allows the user to create 10 questions and then prompts you to donate money if you want to be able to have more. I donated money and am still unable to add more questions. They provide a dead link to a Google group if you need to contact them, so there is no way to get help with my problem. Wasted my money. Come on guys.

The basic version is good for 10 questions, suitable for light user. One has to donate to get more questions to add on to your questionnaire.
