Visual representation of the traffic jams in Netherlands. 荷兰交通堵塞的视觉表现。
A visual representation of the current situation on the highways in the Netherlands.
Data is taken from http://fileindex.buienradar.nl/ and visually represented on your browser in a form of a traffic light circle with a total km length of current traffic jams.
The traffic light circle will change it’s color depending on the situation.
Green:
– there are few traffic jams, but in general the situation is normal.
Orange:
– there are traffic jams and you may expect slight delays when travelling by car.
Red:
– there are many traffic jams through out the country. High risk of long delays when travelling by car.
Also by clicking on a traffic light circle you will see a small map updated regularly.
Upcoming features:
– options: set interval for updates and etc.
– map: choose desired area to be shown
– trend alert: if with time traffic jams grow – alert on that trend
– graphic of the traffic change during the day
